Can you walk me through your current roles and responsibilities? As the director of automotive technical education and development, my responsibilities extend to overseeing and actively participating in the technical support provided to our 500 to 600 franchisees. This service extends to our diverse technician base of approximately 4,000 individuals, ranging from entry-level technicians to seasoned professionals with decades of experience. Our services are available in various forms, including in-person and online training, as well as one-on-one telephone assistance. Delegating tasks to the technical support team is part of my role. I am also consistently engaged in refining and optimizing our processes and adapting to industry changes. The freedom to innovate and improve processes is a tremendous asset that contributes to the success of our team.
